Service Scope and User Obligations

GoDigital FaceOff provides structured educational materials and technical resources focused on media technologies, interactive systems, and digital workflow coordination. Access to the platform is granted for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.

Users must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform content without prior written consent. All account credentials must be kept confidential, and users are responsible for all activity under their account.

  • Use the platform solely for lawful educational purposes
  • Refrain from reverse-engineering or scraping any part of the service
  • Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, graphics, interactive modules, and underlying code, is owned by GoDigital FaceOff or its licensors. The platform's name, logo, and visual identity are protected trademarks.

Users retain ownership of any work they submit through the platform's assessment features, but grant GoDigital FaceOff a non-exclusive license to use such submissions for internal quality improvement and research purposes.

Limitations of Liability

Indemnification

Termination and Modification

GoDigital FaceOff reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms. We may modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect 30 days after notice is posted on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the changes must cease using the service.

  • Termination for cause takes effect immediately
  • Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support
  • Upon termination, the right to access the platform ceases immediately

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of County Laois. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Severability
